Sandra De La Garza

Based in the beautiful Stone Oak area, Sandra is a real estate agent and proud member of the Miguel Herrera Realty Group. Sandra combines her four years of experience in realty with a friendly demeanor and unmatched passion for the San Antonio area to connect buyers with the luxury home of their dreams and to get sellers top-dollar on their properties.

Sandra’s career in realty has its roots in the thriving career in public relations she had in Mexico. After she relocated to the United States, she saw the opportunity to use her experience in that field as a communicative and adept realtor. Aside from her work in realty, Sandra is the mother to two delightful children, a boy and a girl. She is active in her church, event planning, and in charitable work for underprivileged children and their families living on the border of Mexico.

Marlena Gonzales
Office Manager

Centered in San Antonio, Texas, Marlena is a passionate and experienced realtor with the Miguel Herrera Realty Group. As Office Manager, Marlena is dedicated to the group’s mission of providing top-quality customer service to buyers and sellers interested in luxury homes.

Marlena’s career began with serving as her father’s realtor assistant during his time with Weichert Realty. Thanks to her close work with him, Marlena’s interest in real estate investment, buying, and selling was sparked. Marlena then went to San Antonio’s University of Texas, where she studied Business Management to provide her with the invaluable background in administration and performance that she holds today. While in school, she joined the Keller Williams Heritage Office, where she worked as the Director of First Impressions on the weekend. After graduating she embarked into the world of realty by working as a realtor assistant for a top-performing agent who mentored her and gave her the opportunity to advance in her career. After a year, she was able to obtain her license and hungering for a more permanent position with one of the region’s top teams, she later joined the Miguel Herrera Group.

Today, Marlena strives to provide quick, stress-free, and courteous service to each of her clients in both English and Spanish. During her free time, Marlena enjoys spending time with friends and family: shopping, going out to eat, or just spending time at each other’s homes.

Federico Berlanga

Federico Berlanga embodies hard work, dedication, and integrity.  His positive energy and genuine spirit radiate from within.  Raised in an entrepreneurial family in a bilingual South Texas city, Federico fully understands both United States’ and Mexico’s culture allowing him to cater to his clients’ needs.  Federico earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Throughout the duration of his college journey, he was able to gain exceptional customer service and negotiating skills, a notable understanding of today’s market and an even stronger entrepreneurial mindset.  From initially wanting to become a chef, to working in business banking, then ultimately pursuing a career in real estate, Federico found his niche with the Miguel Herrera Realty Group, the #1 international luxury real estate agent in all of South Texas. Lupita Palacios

Lupita Palacios was not born in Texas but she got here as soon as she could!

Currently studying to get her License as a Realtor she is the Finance Manager at Miguel Herrera Realty Group. She has years on operational business management experience in Mexican and International Fortune 500 Companies. She is fully bilingual with an exceptional customer service attitude! Lupita is an entrepreneur and a challenges lover; especially those that make her grow professionally. With a background in Accounting and Education, she is the Founder of ABSee Kids Club & Liceo Bertha Von Glumer, a very charming and successful early Education School in Saltillo Mexico.

She is a wife, a mother of 4, a fiercely kids, youth and abandoned animals advocate. Lupita loves serving as a Secretary for the YW Presidency in her Church Ward. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and all living things around her.

Carmen Lucas (Barrientos)

Carmen Lucas is one of the newest team members to the Miguel Herrera Realty Group. Carmen’s brings over ten years of professional versatility as an agent. Bilingual in English and Spanish, her extensive experience with foreign national clientele from her work in the South Padre Island area to a Veteran focus making her a perfect fit for Military City USA and the Miguel Herrera team.

Carmen’s personal and professional approach to client representation built an unparalleled reputation for her in the South Padre Island, Port Isabel luxury real estate, beachfront and residential properties industry.

Known community-wide for her service excellence, Carmen’s repeat clientele demonstrate her reputation as a cornerstone of her profession; she is known industry wide as one who approaches her task with an impeccable sense of commitment to providing impeccable service. Being bilingual, Carmen is a bonus to the Miguel Herrera Realty Group.
