Marlena’s career began with serving as her father’s realtor assistant during his time with Weichert Realty. Thanks to her close work with him, Marlena’s interest in real estate investment, buying, and selling was sparked. Marlena then went to San Antonio’s University of Texas, where she studied Business Management to provide her with the invaluable background in administration and performance that she holds today. While in school, she joined the Keller Williams Heritage Office, where she worked as the Director of First Impressions on the weekend. After graduating she embarked into the world of realty by working as a realtor assistant for a top-performing agent who mentored her and gave her the opportunity to advance in her career. After a year, she was able to obtain her license and hungering for a more permanent position with one of the region’s top teams, she later joined the Miguel Herrera Group.

Originally from the South Texas Border Region of Eagle Pass TX / Piedras Negras Coahuila, Allen relocated to San Antonio TX in 2004 to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas San Antonio in International Business. Shortly after graduating in 2009, he began his career as a personal banker for JP Morgan Chase in San Antonio TX. While working as a banker he assisted clients with financial planning along with their real estate portfolio goals.
